How do I generate a return label?

Return labels are generated automatically on the website at  https://amur.com/a/returns. Customers have 14 days to return an item. You can find our return policy here: https://amur.com/pages/shipping-and-returns

Follow these steps: 

Step 1: Go to https://amur.com and scroll to the bottom of the page 

Step 2: Choose  "Return Manager" 

Step 3: Enter your "Order Number" and your "Email address" 

Step 4: Click " Return Items" 

Step 5: Click on the empty circle in order to fill it then press "NEXT" 

Step 6: Select the reason for your return then press "NEXT" 

Step 7: Click on "Original Payment Method"

Step 8: A return label will be created for you to ship back your purchase!
